Building a Strong Digital Foundation for NSW Ombudsman

As part of the Pollen team, I contributed to the redesign of the NSW Ombudsman website, playing a key role in setting the project’s design vision. My responsibilities included designing and presenting initial concepts, rolling out responsive page designs and key templates, and creating the foundational design system to ensure consistency across the site. I worked closely with stakeholders throughout the process to gather feedback and align the design direction with their needs.

To support the development phase, I packaged the design system with detailed annotations and handed it over to the external development company. This comprehensive documentation ensured a smooth implementation and maintained the integrity of the design system across various touchpoints. The result was a modern, accessible, and user-focused website that supported the NSW Ombudsman’s mission to provide clear and reliable information to the public.
